Building a Performance Culture

Course: MGT2803

Successful leaders facilitate and enable staff to perform effectively. Participants learn to empower teams and create a positive working environment. Participants are given an opportunity to coach peers and provide tailored feedback, as well as receive ongoing feedback from peers and the instructor. Building environments where collaboration, transparency and feedback are a natural state is a major focus. Through a variety of practical activities, participants focus on developing performance coaching / communication strategies and group performance objectives.
