Project Implementation and Closure
Course: MGT6026
During project implementation, the project manager leads the project team to successfully complete the work defined in the project management plan to accomplish the project objective. Upon completion of the project implementation, the project manager leads the team through the process of finalizing all activities and managing the successful transition from implementation to operation. Working as part of a team, participants implement a project simulation, applying the knowledge and experience gained throughout the program. The principles of project integration management are applied to bring a project to successful completion. Case studies, assignments and group discussions contribute to a comprehensive learning experience. Prerequisites: MGT6020; MGT6022; MGT6039; MGT6025; MGT6040; MGT6027
