Project Management Scheduling Software

Project management software increases the ability of the project manager to work more efficiently. The functions of project planning and scheduling, resource allocation and costing, progress monitoring and reporting are explored in detail. Through the application of project software tools and techniques students develop the skills required to manage successful projects.


Sections 841, 842, 843, and 844 require you to register in the month prior to the course start date. Registration for these courses closes end of day on the last business day of the month before the course starts.

Each course equals either 45 hours of Project Management education hours towards a PMI® certification or if you have your PMP®, 45 PDUs.

Section 845 is offered as an intensive, accelerated delivery format (see start and end dates below). Intensive courses require you to spend at least 5-8 hours per day studying and/or completing assignments over the course duration.



Required Software

MS Project 2013 is required for the online and on campus delivery of this course (not included with course materials). Purchase of the course text book does provide temporary access to the software.

Please note that MS Project requires a Windows operating system.
