Using Elicitation in Business Systems Analysis

The ability to define the scope of a proposed project is fundamental to determining an effective business systems analysis plan. Students acquire the necessary skills to help stakeholders understand the requirements and scope of a business systems analysis project. By applying a variety of elicitation techniques, such as conducting elicitation meetings, documenting results, and communicating requirements, students learn to define and communicate a project scope.
