INTRODUCTION
Payroll and related fringe benefits account for approximately 80% of the annual operating budget of the College. The importance of procedures in the payroll area, given the above, cannot be understated. Employees involved in any aspect of payroll processing should fully understand the important role they play, and should strive for complete, accurate and timely execution of the functions they have been assigned.
