Pre-Departure Information Page for Students

All students participating in an Algonquin College sanctioned International Activity must provide proof of out-of-country medical insurance. Trip cancellation insurance and baggage coverage is optional but strongly recommended in order to reduce personal risk. Please complete the form below to verify that you have completed the necessary pre-departure requirements. When you submit the form, electronic copies will be submitted to the Approval Authority you have identified as well as the IEC.

When completing the the form, the approval authority is the Dean of your school/faculty. Students from the Language Institute, please indicate Silvia Garcia (garcias@algonquincollege.com).
