PME7: Project Implementation and Closure

In this final Project Management Essentials course, participants apply the concepts, tools and techniques learned in prior courses to complete a group case study focused on implementing and successfully closing out a project.

A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) is the Project Management Institute’s flagship publication and is a fundamental resource for effective project management in any industry. The PMBOK® textbook is required for anyone seeking their Project Management Essentials certificate (all seven courses).
