Employee ID

Your Employee ID: More Than Just a Card

Your Employee ID is essential for accessing campus spaces and services across the College. It enables:

  • On-campus identification
  • Secure access to buildings, offices, and labs as assigned by Campus Security
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Borrowing library materials
  • Meal plan discounts and shopping on campus

New employees order their Employee ID using the Online Employee ID Card Photo Submission form; once submitted, the card can be picked up in Room E120 in Ottawa or Room 145 in Pembroke. Ensure you bring personal identification when picking up your Employee ID. Acceptable IDs are listed on the card submission form site.
