Sheila Grantham is a Metis PhD candidate and her dissertation focuses on decolonizing education. She has over 20 years experience working with Indigenous community, national and provincial organizations. She has previously taught courses in Indigenous studies and Human Rights at Carleton University. In her current role, she looks forward to working with the Algonquin College community to assist in providing supports, tools and resources for those wishing to incorporate Indigenous pedagogy and curriculum into the classroom.
