Virtual (Remote) Teaching

Need a definition of virtual (remote) teaching?

The purpose of this resource is to provide faculty with support for the remote delivery of course material. This is not a directive; it is a collection of resources for alternative delivery of content and methods of assessment. Learning and Teaching Services recognizes faculty concerns over supporting learners during this time. The resources here can help you to enhance your existing content and assessment approach for the remote environment. The frameworks, theories, ideas and guiding materials will help you to create a blend of synchronous delivery and asynchronous, self-directed learning experiences for your students.

We are here to support you supporting learners. We ask that you consider precautions outlined on the Algonquin College main update page and to take care of yourselves and your loved ones.
