Workday Fall Release: Discover the New Absence Experience and other features

Workday’s fall feature update, known as 2025R2, was released on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, bringing enhancements to the Workday and Adaptive Planning user experience.
New features have been added to your home page to make it easier to access key tasks. In addition, there is a new interface for submitting and managing time off. Read about these changes and learn how they will improve your Workday experience.
Updated user guides can be identified with the comment “Effective September 20, 2025”. The user guides on the FIN Adaptive Planning Resources Teams site have also been updated as applicable.
