Focusing on the business research process and the human resources information systems of an organization are important responsibilities for human resources professionals. Students examine business research relevant to human resources management. In addition, students develop knowledge of the importance of application of technology in the human resources profession by focusing on the human resources information system from conceptual to practical perspectives.
