Learn object-oriented programming methodology using the Java programming language. Object-oriented concepts, such as encapsulation, inheritance, abstraction and polymorphism are covered and reinforced with practical applications.

Spring 2017: Section 521 is a hybrid course (a combination of on campus and online).

Students are expected to purchase course materials for this course, available from the campus bookstore. The cost for this package may range from $167 to $238 depending on whether the student opts for the electronic or print version.
