Organizational behaviour examines how people and groups interact in the workplace. Organizational behaviour relates theories of history, psychology and sociology to the workplace and team dynamics. Students explore human communication, learning and motivation, ethics, creativity, leadership, power and conflict and change management. Knowledge of organizational behaviour guides human resources as they build, grow and develop organizations within the ever-changing business landscape.
