Essential to an organization's success in meeting goals and remaining competitive is the ability to attract and select high performance employees. Students examine theories and best practices in talent acquisition, specifically, how recruitment and selection links to organizational goals and strategies. Students learn all aspects of the recruitment cycle, including job analysis, attracting and recruitment of candidates, the selection process and decision-making methodologies.
