Business Systems team provides administrative, electronic and financial support to the Director of Physical Resources, it's management, and departmental teams.

Business Systems is responsible for the financial tracking of departmental budgets, capital project accounting and ministry reporting on facilities renewal projects.

The Client Support team is responsible for:

  • receiving and responding to client inquiries and work orders
  • booking G Building boardroom and College vehicle fleet
  • secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Physical Resources department
