Technical Services and Energy Conservation Team

The Technical Services and Energy Conservation team operates under the umbrella of the Physical Resources Maintenance & Operations team.

The mandate of the Technical Services and Energy Conservation team is to provide a comfortable teaching and learning environment for the College that is, effective and economic. 

The Team has the responsibility to provide utilities and efficient energy management to the College.   It provides engineering and technical advice to various Physical Resources service teams and advice on mechanical and electrical issues to outlying College campuses.  It manages operational, electrical and mechanical projects and is responsible for the administration of various maintenance contracts.

The energy management system is centrally located at the main Plant on Woodroffe campus

Caretaking and Grounds Services Team

This team is responsible for the caretaking and maintenance of the College facilities and assets.

Cleaning
Waste Removal
Recycling
Lockers
Painting
Landscaping
Snow Removal
Pest Control
Sign Fabrication
Maintenance and Installations
White/Black and Bulletin Boards
