The Builders’ Lodge Masonic Award
The Builders’ Lodge (No. 177) has been part of the Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons in Canada within the Province of the Ontario for over 150 years. The Lodge was started by the builders of our Federal Parliament Buildings in 1865. We are the modern-day trustees of a rich heritage, and we believe that it’s important to give back to our communities in a positive way.
In addition to the charity work the Lodge does, it also provides scholarships to medical students at the University of Ottawa and it is our wish that this award would help some worthy student choose a similar path, that of helping build a better society. Our Lodge is pleased to be able to provide such an award to the Practical Nursing Program at Algonquin College.
