About the program

The APMG International Change Management™ course, developed in collaboration with the Change Management Institute, is designed to help organizations and people manage the impact of change and effectively plan and implement transformation initiatives. The five-day program conforms to the latest syllabi issued by APMG and fully meets the knowledge component of the Change Management Institute’s accreditation scheme.

Choose your certification path

• The Change Management Foundation course (3 days) introduces core change management theory and techniques. It can be taken on its own but must be successfully completed prior to taking the Practitioner course.
• The Change Management Practitioner course (2 days) focuses on how to tailor change management guidance to a given organizational environment. Graduates should be able to apply the techniques and approaches to a real change initiative.
