Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) is an established best practice program management framework designed to align programs and projects to strategic goals while enabling organizational agility and risk mitigation.
About the program
MSP participants learn the principles, governance themes and transformational flow processes that provide a clear roadmap for the lifecycle of a program, including more strategic, complex and interrelated projects.
The five-day course conforms to the latest syllabus issued by AXELOS Limited, the MSP accrediting body, and prepares learners to sit for certification at the Foundation and Practitioner levels.
Choose your certification path
• MSP Foundation (3 days) teaches the fundamentals of the MSP framework, allowing participants to embed best practice guidance into their day-to-day work. It may be taken on its own but must be successfully completed prior to taking the Practitioner course.
• MSP Practitioner (2 days) builds on MSP Foundation, giving participants the advanced analytical tools to think more strategically in their program and project management roles.

5-day course
Foundation-level courses include the PeopleCert Take2 Re-Sit Exam Service. If you’re unsuccessful in passing the Foundation exam, you can re-sit for your exam at any time, 24/7*, within six months of your initial exam date.
