About the program

Management of Portfolios (MoP) combines best practices in portfolio, program and project management to help decision-makers choose and successfully execute the best projects and programs at the right time to advance organizational objectives.
MoP is closely aligned with PRINCE2® and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)®. The five-day course conforms to the latest syllabus issued by AXELOS Limited, the MoP accrediting body, and prepares learners to sit for MoP certification at the Foundation and Practitioner levels.

Choose your certification path

• MoP Foundation certification (3 days) confirms you have the knowledge and understanding to work as an informed member of a portfolio office and in a range of portfolio management roles. Successful completion of the Foundation course is a prerequisite for Practitioner certification.
• MoP Practitioner certification (2 days) confirms that you’ve achieved a comprehensive understanding of how to apply and tailor the principles and best practices of portfolio management to optimize an organization’s investment in change and are able to analyze portfolio data, documentation and roles in a live context.
