Today’s leaders need to think more strategically, act more decisively and engage their teams more effectively. Our Fundamentals of Leadership program combines concepts and tools from the established leadership canon with new insights from the latest research.
About the program
Fundamentals of Leadership teaches the latest concepts, tools and skills you need to get the most out of your team and prepare to lead your organization — and career — into the future. Through self-assessments, case studies, group work, peer feedback, self-assessments and personal action plans, the immersive program allows you to tailor training to your organizational and career needs.
The program consists of three courses, which are best taken in order. Complete all three to earn an Algonquin College certificate in Fundamentals of Leadership.
